This is the 2nd urn I’ve purchased. I super love SYBO coffee urn. It heats quickly in about 25 mins and we brew about 30-40 cups every day in our office. I replaced my other one with this model because we also love the way how the coffee is dispensed. The coffee come out in a consistent manner and it is also hands free. We are happy we changed the model.

It just arrived yesterday. I'm planning on using this as a heater for water so I can have tea or coffee available when I want to make it. It heats up quickly which is great. My only concern is that the filter basket if you do want to make percolated coffee, is made of plastic and it does not say it's BPA free. The spout is also plastic and does not say BPA free. The photos in the 3.5 L version above, show a metal basket for the inside not plastic. If it is an older model the plastic could be unhealthy and not BPA free.
