How to Install the Water Line on Your SYBO 3-Warmer Commercial Drip Coffee Maker How to Install the Water Line on Your SYBO 3-Warmer Commercial Drip Coffee Maker

If you're using the SYBO commercial drip coffee maker with 3 warmers, you're already enjoying the benefits of a reliable, high-performance machine ideal for any café, office, or event space. One of the unique features of this coffee maker is its dual water supply option: it functions as a pour-over system (simply pour water into the tank), and it also includes a water line attachment for a continuous brewing experience.

In this post, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process of installing the water line attachment to your coffee maker.

✅ What You’ll Need:

  • SYBO 3-Warmer Commercial Drip Coffee Maker

  • Included water line attachment

  • 3/8" water line tubing

  • Adjustable wrench

  • Access to your building’s water line

  • Professional plumber (recommended for final connection)

🔧 Step-by-Step Installation Guide

1. Remove the Red Cap
On the back of the coffee maker, you’ll notice a red cap covering the water inlet. If you’re planning to use the machine with a direct water line, go ahead and remove this cap. This will expose the entry point where the water line attachment will be installed.

2. Locate the Water Line Attachment
Your unit should include a water line fitting attachment. If it's missing, please contact SYBO Customer Support at cs@sybo.us or (650) 735-1862, and we'll provide a replacement promptly.

3. Install the Water Line Attachment
Take the attachment and twist it securely into the inlet port on the back of the machine. Make sure it is tight enough to prevent leaks but do not overtighten.

4. Connect the 3/8" Water Line Tube
Use a 3/8" water line tube (not included) and insert it into the attachment. Push the tube in until it's fully seated—it should not come out with a gentle tug. If it feels loose, it’s either not pushed in fully or may be the wrong tubing size.

5. Professional Installation for Final Connection
While the connection to the machine is straightforward, the other end of the tubing will need to be connected to your building’s water supply. Because plumbing configurations vary, we strongly recommend hiring a certified plumber to ensure a safe and proper installation.

💡 Tips:

  • Always double-check for leaks after installation.

  • Use food-grade tubing for water safety.

  • Make sure the machine is unplugged before the installation.
