Refund policy

Return Policy

All returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, authorized by Sybo International LLC before return, and shall be subject to a $20.00 or 20% restocking fee, whichever is higher. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid, in accordance with Sybo’s instructions, and in the same condition as delivered.

Defective products that Sybo authorized for return must have the original package. If the original package is not available, Sybo may charge up to $300.00. At the time of pickup, the product must be on the street level by the curbside or pickup dock and securely tied down to a pallet.

    Refund Policy

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
