We bought it for our nursing home use because of trying to find a brewer that made good coffee without plastic because we care for our people and our health. It works really great and tested for several months without failure. Easy to use just add the water, it has to heat up in less than 10 minutes. The coffee tastes great but I use good water and good freshly ground coffee. I am so happy to not have plastic coffee.
