This is a fantastic device to dispense coffee for the staff. We used to have a small pot, but as our staff grew, those were not enough. This dispenser holds under cups and looks nice next to our other steel appliances. Now everyone is happy it’s not too heavy and it’s easy to set up. I like the strong sturdy feel in the professional way it can quickly distribute the liters of coffee we make. Great price, no complaints.

Had an issue with the coffee pot and the customer service was fantastic. They responded immediately and resolved the issue promptly. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again!

Our church purchased this coffee pot it worked a month or two then quit. As I was troubleshooting it to see what was wrong I found out the thermal probe/fuse had went out. I contacted customer support and got in touch with Mr Fernando Chavez, he ask me to send the invoice where we had purchased the coffee pot and sent the church a brand new one. We have a lot of family get-togethers and this has been perfect for serving hot coffee. It is capable of holding up to 100 cups of coffee, plenty to serve our guests all day long. I like that I only have to make the coffee at the start of the day and then everyone can simply serve themselves as they please. It has proven to keep the coffee hot as we even drink coffee with our dessert in the evenings. We love it!

I've bought several hot water kettles, but this one is the best because the water is hot enough and has a large capacity.

We used it once so far to make coffee for a crowd. The brew process was easy. We measured whole beans based on the ratios in the manual and the flavor and strength worked out well (I wasn’t sure if it would be weak compared to measuring ground coffee). We plan to use it for a monthly gathering.After the one brew, which was kept on and hot for maybe 5-6 hours… there was discoloration and rust-looking residue at the bottom. I wasn’t able to scrub it away when I cleaned up. But now 1 month later, I can scratch it off with my fingernail and I think it was just some charred coffee, not rust. good!T

This percolator is quite noisy when first brewing less noisy halfway brewing. It took less than 30 minutes to brew. I used 2 cups ground coffee for a mild tasting coffee, probably 3 cups for better flavor. Their guide doesn't have a 50 measure. After brewing the pot has a sizzle noise like its continually heating. Its fine for my purpose. My last 50 cup percolator took almost 1 hour to brew.

I am disappointed given how high this item is rated.Bought this for large family parties to brew tea.1) this says 100 cups but doesn't spell out it's a 5 oz cup. I wish the product description spelled that out. It's clearly written in the instruction manual but if you don't do the math before hand to convert the liters to ozs you can be misled.2) The water gauge in front seems to trap the water in there like a vacuum. After the brew cycle the water remained clear so I was freaking out. I opened the top and saw the tea bags in the coffee filter were clearly brewed. I dispensed tea but the gauge

I think I would love this coffee urn if the description was better. The height in the advertised photo is not a true perspective- it’s less than 15” tall but the pic makes it seem taller. And the ad says 50 cups… but it’s not U.S. cups… it’s 50 “SERVINGS OF 5 OUNCE CUPS” which is really 33 cups. I should’ve converted 8 liters to be aware of the actual specs before I bought it. It’s much smaller than I expected and smaller than what I needed. But it was on sale for $89.99 so I’ll probably donate after my event. But it did brew 60 ounces in 18 minutes (7.5 servings of 8 ounce cups).

It’s Great design . The main container is rust proof. But the filter and filter cover started rust in less than 3 months. The filter Obviously is not Made of stainless steel. Company offered new replacement when l emailed them. Could be a 5star product if the filter is rust proof.

My "Barista" attribute is now live! With a capacity of 50 cups and 8 liters, it's simply a wonder during the morning rush hour. There's no need to fill each cup one by one anymore, and it's also very convenient to wash. Seeing a pot full of coffee being served out, the sense of achievement is no less than cooking a delicious dish. The customer is satisfied with the drink and our efficiency is high. This machine is really worth it!

Easy to carry to parties. The pot is shiny and new and makes great tasting coffee. The quality is great. Well made and well crafted! The longer I use it, the more I love it! Great capacity, this unit is a great value for the price, yet very affordable to keep it warm enough.

The coffee it brews is not as bitter and burnt as that brewed over high heat; it only has pure aroma and smoothness. The metal body of the pot looks solid and has an excellent heat preservation effect. After drinking it, all the customers gave it a thumbs-up, saying that it was even better than the freshly ground food from outside chain stores.

I dare say it's a good deal for me! First of all, it greatly enhances efficiency and saves labor costs. During peak hours, there is no need to specially hire people to keep brewing coffee.
