Subscription Rules & Terms

1. Billing

• Subscriptions are billed automatically at the start of each delivery cycle
• Prices are based on the plan you select at checkout

2. Delivery Schedule

• Orders are processed and shipped according to your selected frequency
• Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date

3. Modifications

• You can pause, skip, or adjust your subscription anytime through your account
• Changes will apply to future orders only

4. Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged

5. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of fresh coffee, all subscription orders are final sale
• If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll make it right
